Unable to enroll a device with new device I’d

Dear all,

Today we will discussed about how to enroll device with new i’d. I feel that it help on your day to day life and make smooth move to the next level. Its our pleasure to maximum knowledge share. 

Cause: You enroll a device that was previously enrolled with a different user account, and the previous user was not appropriately removed from Intune.

Resolution:

  1. Cancel any current profile installation.

  2. Open https://portal.manage.microsoft.comin Safari.

  3. Re-enroll the device.
