Issue reported:

SCCM 1702 CB We have enable software updates but client don't set the local policy with Intranet Microsoft software update point location settings.

We activated Enable Software updates on client in agent configuration. (environment: CB 1702) but when I launch gpedit.msc to check if settings have been applied, all states are Not Configured. No domain policy has been configured for windows updates setting

Solution:

To resolve issue software update point is not assigned to the boundary group.  We have assign software update point to the respective boundary group reported problem got resolved.
