Clients cannot install software from Application Catalog

Issue reported: While deploying application to the user getting error message cannot install or request software. Below is screen shot for reference.


Point 1: Make sure client agent is working as normal.

Point 2: To resolve reported error add your application catalog URL to the trusted zone on your browser.  Follow below step to achieve.

Open IE –> Click on Tools –> Internet Option–> Click on Security Tab –> Click on Trusted Sites –> Click on Sites –> Add application catalog url –> Close –> Internet Options Click OK.

Point 3: After perform above step close browser and reopen and start install application using application catalog it will work as normal .
