Solution:

Step 1: Validate KB3159706 is present in server 2012. Follow below step how to validate

Open Control Panel -  Programs and Features - Click on Installed Updates

Search with KB3159706 it will listed as like below screen shoot.

Step 2: If above KB is not installed then install though windows update for more refer this URL: Click Here
