By Seeing above error found that something wrong with certificate. Below are the key point action noted.
Point 1: Validate other profile there are other profile have been deployed and working fine only if we see device compliance getting error only certificate profile having issue.
Point 2: Logging to CA server We have seen Intune connector is getting error.
Point 3: We have seen below error.

Point 4: Login Ca server and validate pkiview found most of the PKIdevice are offline. In these we have seen error that CDP Offline Location Root was Expire.
Root CRL is expire hence none of the client is not able to validate certificate. After Renew CRL CDP Location Issue got resolve and user can able to enroll device as normal.
