Point 4: Login Ca server and validate pkiview found most of the PKIdevice are offline. In these we have seen error that CDP Offline Location Root was Expire
Root CRL is expire hence none of the client is not able to validate certificate. After Renew CRL CDP Location Issue got resolve and user can able to enroll device as normal.
