SCCM Remote control breaks keyboard layout while taking remote using CM Remote tool.
Issue:
Help desk engineers are using CM Remote control feature. Many users complaining that after a help-desk engineer disconnects from user's computer, the keyboard cannot be switched from one layout to another.
When we connect to computers using the CM Remote Tool (SCCM 1710) and our keyboard language differs from the user's language (we use EN by default, users - RUS) - language bar is disappeared, keyboard cannot be switched to ENG. If we and user have same keyboard language.
Above reported issue has been resolved on version.
Solution:
Problem solved in version 1802 and higher. Please upgrade version to fix issue.
