Issue Reported: 

Remote Management point in azure error Call to HttpSendRequestSync failed for port 80 with status code 500, text: Internal Server Error.

Requester has remote SQL server and trying to configure remote management point server. Both are hosted on Azure environment and all other servers like cas and primary is hosted on premise 

Solutions:

Step 1: Collected logs for the Issue servers, In mpcontrol.log found that server is not getting certificate register.

Step 2 : I have imported SQL certificated to the issue reported site system and reinstall mp.  now certificate error have been fixed but still getting sql server log on failed error.

Step 3: Verified sql server error log found particular remote management point site server host name account is not getting authenticated with site system.

Step 4: while validate network active connection of the site system (Remote Management Point) to -->  SQL server connection is not getting establish. Use command Netstate.

Step 5 : By seeing above error i have verified SQL server event view found remote site system is not getting authenticated.

Based on your sql environment found error code 5 and 6

Step 6:  I have decided to remove system account and re-add but getting error so we have just Login to the SSMS with service account and add system account in to sysadmin permission and restart sms executive service.

After perform above step MPControl Log start change to 200 OK. and its start working as normal.
