Creating Cloud Management Gateway stuck on provisioning

Issue reported:

While create Cloud Management Gateway in Azure. I am running ConfigMgr 1702 with the latest roll-up (KB4019926). When I try to create a Cloud Management Gateway, the process gets stuck at Provisioning and never progresses any further.

Error:

Solutions:

Step 1: Verify CloudMgr.log continues to say: Deployment instance status for service **CMGName** is CyclingRole

Step 2: Download Technical Preview of ConfigMgr (1703) and and extract the contents you will find the following folder:

C:\SC_Configmgr_SCEP_TechPreview1703\SMSSETUP\CloudServices. You will see below two files.

Step 3: Replace this two file on your installed existing configuration manager directory it will fix Creating Cloud Management Gateway installations. Â it will work as normal.
